2026 Soldiers To Sidelines Legacy of Leadership Dinner

The Proper Group was honored to partner with Soldiers To Sidelines for their 5th Annual Legacy of Leadership Dinner on February 27, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton in Washington, DC. Hosted by Brian Jones of CBS Sports, the evening celebrated three extraordinary honorees, Allison Barber, PhD, Coach Rod Marinelli, and General (Ret) Martin Dempsey, the 18th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, whose leadership continues to shape the business, coaching, and military communities.

Our team collaborated on every aspect of the event, from sponsorship strategy and invitations to signage, event systems, and speech writing, with a special focus on mission driven messaging and donor cultivation.
