2025 Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area Great Futures Luncheon

In May 2025, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area welcomed supporters to the Four Seasons Hotel Austin for their annual Great Futures Luncheon. The event brought together community leaders and champions of youth development for a meaningful celebration of impact and opportunity. Keynote speaker Vic Schaefer, Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the University of Texas at Austin, shared insights on leadership and perseverance, while Brian Jones of CBS Sports energized the room as emcee.

TPG collaborated closely with BGCAA to guide each element of the luncheon. From developing sponsorship opportunities, crafting the overall look and feel of the event, script writing, and vendor management. Our team helped create an event that was both memorable and mission-driven. The luncheon highlighted the incredible work of BGCAA and inspired guests to support the next generation of leaders. For the last three years, our team has worked with the club to take this from an event that did not raise a single dollar to raising close to $400,000.lar Gala in three short years.  At TPG we specialize in helping nonprofits see their value while creating a memorable donor experience.
