2025 Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area Great Futures Gala

TPG had the privilege of continuing our partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area for their annual Great Futures Gala in Austin, Texas. The event brought together supporters and sponsors to celebrate BGCAA’s impact and raised over $1.2 million to support life-changing programs for children in the Austin community.

This year’s theme, The Time is Now, resonated throughout every aspect of the evening, from event communications and décor to messaging and programming. Guests were captivated from the start by a dynamic program featuring Club Kids, UT Austin Poms, Drumline and Texas Cowboys, and mascots from across Texas. The energy was carried through inspiring speeches from former Club Kids, including T.C. Broadnax, the Austin City Manager, and two incredible musical performances from talented Club Kids themselves.

TPG meticulously planned and executed every phase, resulting in a seamless and mission-driven experience for BGCAA. The evening left a lasting impression, engaging attendees with the organization’s mission and strengthening support for Austin’s next generation of leaders.
